The Happy Halloween is cut out from Mini monsters as well at  3.5"

Frankenstein is from Paper Dolls Dress up and cut out at 4" So is the trick or treat bag, I did use they gypsy to hide the trick or treat from the image and stamped it instead.

The grass and the moon are cut out from Create a critter at 2.25"

Halloween Spinner Card

I found this really neat spinner card on Gloria's Crafts  blog she made a few spinner cards and I wanted to make my own Halloween spinner card. So here is my version of a spinner card To make this fun card I used the following: A Cricut Gypsy, Wild Card Cartridge, Paper Doll Dress Up,  Everday paperdolls and George and the basic shapes.

I'm going to try my best to make this super easy for you to make your own.

The card is cut out from Wild Card and it is cut out at 7.90 x 5.33 I used the card that is the last one on the second row, it's also the letter p on the alphabet.  I hid everything. Except the card outline and the one little dot below the circle for the brad to go in.

Then I placed my paper doll on the card so I could see where to place it. My paper doll is cut out at 4" You will also need just the head (used from Everyday paperdolls). The 4" as well.  Place just the head on the card and move the whole body, This way when the card is cut out their is a hole for the head.

Then cut out the rest of the clothing or what ever acessories you need for your doll.

The Cirlce is cut out from George and Basic Shapes ( you could use what ever cartridge you have that makes a nice round circle.  I cut my circle out at 3.80"  Then poke a hole in the center, this is for the brad to go through.

Here is a photo of my cutting mat, so you can see how everything was cut

Then I used my peachy keen stamps and stamped the faces on going around the circle.

Here is a photo of the inside of the card with the Circle attached.

Then attach your cirle to the card put the pretty sideof the brad facing in the card.

Decorate your card how ever you want

And glue everything together. Make sure not to glue things to the circle otherwise it won't move :)

Here is the additional faces for this fun card.

If you make your own spinner card leave me a comment with your blog address so I can check it out, l would love to see what you create.

Happy Creating

1st Jump

This is a layout of my husband jumping out of a plane for the first time. The cartridges I used were Designers Calendar for the text, and Everyday paper dolls for the guy he is 4.5" tall, parachute (3.75") and the plane (2").  I cut two of the parachute out and cut out the "panels" so that I could have a muli-colored parachute. I also have peachy-keen stamps for his face.  I think they make the little people look so much cuter. Here is a close up

Splash

For this layout I used Create a Critter for the wording and for the elephants I used Everyday Paper Dolls the elephants are cut out at 3.75" and I flipped one so that they were facing each other.  Splash is cut out at 2". For the water spraying from the elephant I cut out extra of the splash and cut off the water part.

Beach Bum

A few weeks ago we went to Sand Hollow with some friends to have a picnic and enjoy the nice sun shiny day.  As it has been a very cold and wet winter seeing the sun and being at the lake was something we all needed.  My boys thought that is was the best thing in the world. We had a hard time getting Kenny out of the water and even Nathan just wanted to sit in the water and splash all day.  At least until he got tired and fell asleep. I can't wait to get the photo's on it :)

The sun: 7.75" from the Gypsy Wanderings Cartridge. I Cut it once regular and then hid the inside cut out and cut it again for the orange background.

Little Boy 2: 3.5" Using the Everyday Paper Dolls
Beach Bum: 4.25" Using Life is a Beach. I used a metallic silver pen to outline the shorts and the words.

I have two 4.25 x 6.25 Squares and one 5.25 x 7.25 Square for the photos.
